I FINALLY did it!

It took me a while, and the only digital anything I have is my camera phone (sorry about the resolution guys), but after searching through the forum for info,I finally learned how to post some pics of my ride. It's a work in progress... I'm nowhere near being done with it (my front seats look like a pit-bull fight took place on them!). I'm looking to upgrade to a REAL camera, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad I found/joined a-l.com, because I've learned more about my car in the last few days than I have in the 3yrs I've had it.

rims are not my style, but thats just me.

the painted trim definitely looks much better. i can't stand the black trims that are on stock L models. infact, i hate it on all cars, even black cars!!

I agree with you, the rims weren't my first choice. They were practically given to me by my niece's ex-boyfriend. The exact model as mine down to the white paint/black trim, but he had the rims. I was tired of riding stock, and inquired about buying them, I mean, afterall, I knew they fit because they were already on his car. He boohooed about how he had cracked the heads coming home from ATL, and how he couldn't get the title. He wound up selling me the ENTIRE car for the amount I was going to pay for the rims (set of 5 for $400). I couldn't beat that w/ a bat. I got all that I needed off of it and sold it for $500 w/ no rims. So I can't complain. Chicks dig 'em and eventully I plan on going up to 18's... they'll do for now. I HAD to to paint the trim, the black just cheapens the look. Besides, my trim had mildew.

BTW they make this kit in the 4dr, too.
I'm going for sporty/classy look, not too street (fast & furious). My personal opinion is that the 4dr Legend doesn't look right with the "Praying Mantis" look. I'm going for the smooth, super quiet ride (no "dirt bike mufflers", either). Let me know what you all think.

not a fan of the rims either, but the rest of the car looks great. Especially like the spoiler. You have done a great job, very clean

as for a camera i would sugest olympus or maybe nikon or do some reaserch on wut u want i have an olympus c765 with 10x optical zoom and 4.0 mega pixel and IS AMAZING its $400 alone but i spent 400 on ebay and got the camera , telephoto lens, wide angle lense, 3 filters, tripod and a case... check the links in my sig for pics i have taken with it

The camera phone didn't do the entire car justice. As stated by many other Legend owners, the car looks much better in person. The rims give the car an aggressive stance. They are flush w/ the fender flares. When you see it bend a corner, or rolling down the street, it actually looks quite good. They just take some getting used to. I have GOT to get a better camera.

You know, I saw your ride when I first found the forum, and I was instantly a fan. You had me reconsidering about going with the white diamond pearl. Although I love the many colors of Legends in this forum, I'm a sucker for a clean, snow white 4dr. That was the reason why I bought mine. BTW yours is one of many different Legends I have saved on my hard drive.

im sure it looks a lot better in person. none of the cars on this forum look nearly as good online as they do in person. thanks for your compliments. im blushing, lol. if you get a better picture, Im sure people will be saving pics of your car too

i love the white that acura used on our cars. it takes work to keep clean, but when it is, it is immaculate!!
