well according to the guys that take the term VIP more seriously than a heart attack, it will come down to the companies that supply VIP stuff. when they officially produce products for the platform, then it may be considered as VIP.

but really VIP is three letters, you call it VIP and they call you nasty names, and everybodies ok in the end.

speaking of VIP, have you seen what some do with tailpipes?
take a shiny luxo, put piles of $ into it, then add a rice-a-roni set of pipes that extends past the bumper and reaches for the sky. and no I'm not kidding. I didn't post any pics, because it would be for flaming purposes only.

if it comes down to companies, then it's already a VIPCar the premier names (other than VLENE and Junction) make stuff for a Legend, i'm just looking at its inception to big VIP Car Clubs. i used to stay on top of it, but i've not really cared much in the recent past...

the RL was in VIPCar magazine a good bit. Either as a Feature or "something cool"

The VIPCar comic always disturbed me...it's a Gay Ninja doing all kinds of fruity things to people who break the law or who are immoral...including Police

as for the pipes. yea, that's more Bozosokuo Style influenced. That's just another style of VIP and it used to be the ONLY style of VIP. Some people don't really know that VIPCars were and are supposed to be flashy, trendy, and horribly gaudy.

THe interiors are that (gaudy) but the whole trying to make it look european thing has caught on for the exterior. that's more "EXE" style. the interiors are still pretty over the top. Tables and Lights, Rhinestones and chandeliers, it's seriously out of hand...

But that's why i like it

it's the same reason i like Hi-Sider Chevys with 24s and 26s and all that. VIPStyle, and Hi-Siders are both "Hood Rich" forms of styling cars They just come from opposite ends of the pond. I can appreciate the styles for what they are, different and unique.

Hey B+O once again a man of knowledge, thanks for some more info. Some of the nicest ones are rl’s, that red one above was a VIP mag spread, I can’t remember if they tacked out the interior in it. ya I’m not feeling the dash board coffee table just yet, I think it’s for rolling. Or the crystals stuck to everything. There’s even puffy leather seat covers, looks kinda like a lounger. I like checking them out for ideas, and they have lots of pics. I think I like the way EXE is taking the look, more refined and luxurious. And those Nissan/infinitis are sweet (like 91legendcoupe above, and another is pancakes). Myself I don’t think I could ever do the tire stretching or camber thing, although maybe down the road when the rl is my second ride I will do some of the slamming and bodywork.

And I definitely appreciate the work those guys put in, it’s not a car it’s a lifestyle!

Oh ya, how bout some junction VIP 10w-30 oil $$$$
