Well, here is the wife's car on the Forum for the first time. Nothing fancy, just a couple stock Legends with a simple wash for both so I thought I'd take some pic's of the couple together. Both are daily drivers; my wifes is the grocery-getter '91 LS w/170k, mine is the 95 LS 6speed w/97k.

Beautiful cars. One day I'd like to add a sedan to the mix. Both look very clean! Keep up the great work. I see you added '93 wheels to the '91. A set of GS wheels on that car would look great. BTW does WA require you to have the rear bumper sticker on the sedan?

Good job, looks wonderful. Can't get my wife to like anything other than that Ford Focus or Escape (which she calls a backpack). Oh well.

Nice though, very nice - cant keep anything that clean in NYC. would have to wash it every 12 hours.

Thanks! Man, you have a good eye!!! Yep, over the years I've collected a few things here and there for the Legends, so I put the '93 wheels on hers--she needs new tires soon, and I've tried talking her into taking my wheels/tires (which have plenty of miles left) so I can get some 18's...but she hates how they look...I guess I should just be happy she love's the Legend, right?

The bumper stickers on her car are actually from when we lived on Maui--I've thought about removing them, but they make for a good conversational piece.

I knew they looked familiar -- and I was almost going to mention it! I was in Maui last weekend and I noticed that every car had those stickers on them. We stayed in Kihei for a night. I'm jealous you got to live there; it's beautiful. Off topic, but how much to ship a car across the Pacific, if I might ask?

Nice to see Kihei again...we lived just up the street from where you stayed, right in front of Kamaole 2 beach, about a block away from "Da Kitchen". I used to be in the Hotel Biz and that was my final relocation before getting back to Seattle. It cost about $1k to ship the car one-way. The company paid for the trip out, but we had to pay for the return--then claim it on our Taxes...so it all worked out! The wife drove the Legend around, while I drove a "maui cruizer"--an 88 Jeep Wrangler soft top w/no doors...perfect car out there! My buddy at the hotel drove a Black '91 LS Sedan with a new 2 tone leather kit and 18's...so he had me beat the whole time I was there.

You only have to pay if your car is in the show ($15). Spectators get in free!!! You might even get to see 4cruizn's coupe-he's planning a road trip to WA this weekend if everything works out, if he does make the trip he'll be staying in a hotel near my place and then we'll be driving there along with my dad in his vette. Should be fun!!!

I just hope 4cruzin can still make it, as of yesterday it was back up in the air. If he can't, dad and I will still be there.
