Legend only Gallery
Alright guys, its time we put our foot down. Originally, there were galleries for each model, then Pat campaigned to have them combined into one big Legend Gallery, consisting of G1s G2s and RLs. The admins at the time, got the wrong description and made a combined model gallery.
We have a Non-Automotive Gallery for the photographers like myself on this forum, which is great. Theres a place for people to go find some cool pictures, and get feedback on the shots we have taken. Then theres the Combined model Gallery, which right now has a couple non legend threads in it, one of them is mine i will admit, its the wrong section for it. Me and Alex are now campaigning to either Add a sub gallery in the Combined Gallery, or forbid non-legend cars from that Gallery, and keep them in the lounge. Just like if you dont put G1 or G2 in your title, they delete it. If its not a legend, it gets deleted. And im pretty sure Alex would volunteer to moderate that section. If your thinking, "well if i have to post my non legend photos in a sub forum, they wont get seen!!!1!". Ya, they might not get seen by the trolls and lurkers cause they just browse the surface, but you will get traffic from the members who actually read the forum and are here daily. So vote before you post your opinion. If you do not own a legend, do not vote or post, we need not hear your opinion at this point. Overall, the pros of this out weight the cons. PROS: *Legend pictures are easy to find. *Non Legend pictures are easy to find. *Everything is well organized CONS: Cant really think of any. If you can post it, and we can see if there really even is any Cons. |

First Real photoshoot of the new CL Before you tell others what to do , check and see what car that is. Although still an Acura, "its no legend" 07 Shelby GT.... Btw in response to post 12 in the other thread. Unfortunent Legend Replacement ..And don't tell me that it is a legend dedicated thread b/c of two pictures which were in like post 15 In addition. If you wanted your "rule" to be in place and be semi plausible then you would have deleted your Shelby cobra thread when it got moved into this gallery, since it broke your "rule". But instead you have two threads of non-legend related pictures. Wyatt you have one with the above link. If you truly wanted to make a case, your threads would have been deleted as soon as moved or never started in this combined gallery thread. I'm tired of the whole thing. Seems like a whole bunch of drama. And I will be one of the first to say it.

I'll be the first to admit that the threads don't belong like others.
I don't think we need to be deleting threads. They SHOULD be moved into a new section "Non-Legend Automotive Gallery" or IMHO the lounge.

Yes tehre are threads right now, by all parties with non-legend photo's in the Gallery. Should be they be there, no. Can we please have a section for them? is it really that much of a effort to have another section for it?no. makes things simple. legend photo's main gallery, 2 subsections for all other stuff this is a Acura Legend Forum after all isn't?

I would like to be the Gallery MOD BTW.
although i know some of you guys don't like me ATM. I will say, i'd be fair and move threads, not delete them. I would combine threads when ppl start 2 similar thread (ie cranberry legend having two related thread (both of which weren't really gallery worthy but they would have to stay) i think this would be solved if we revised the Gallery Posting FAQ's
