Mikey's 92' LS Coupe

Hey everyone, I'm pretty much a noob; I've definately enjoyed my stay here so far. Thanks to everyone for the constant support and suggestions. I just now got my digital camera so I thought I'd finally put some pictures of my 92' LS Coupe up. Sorry about the size I'm at work and have no editing software. Also in the interior picture, the steering wheel is gray, the flash makes it look white but it's much darker, just thought I'd share that because if it was white it would look pretty . Tell me what you think. It's a little dirty also, sorry.

Edit: I know it needs a little drop, and the bowed hood in the front is due to a bumper bolt being bent and it's cramming everything up, no structural damage though, just need a new bolt.

Damn, I was editing right as you posted hahaha. I know it needs a drop, but I have to get a camber kit. These wheels offset is huge and right now if I drop it i'd be sitting my fender onto my tires. Haha, it's coming, it's coming.

I don't know if all coupes have that yellow 55. I do know my vin indicates final assembly in Japan (shrug) don't know if that has anything to do with it. All the things you listed will be done shortly. I haven't had the car that long. The paint job isn't OEM, it's color matched Granada Black Pearl (3 stage). Got it done by a friend.

Edit: That steering wheel cover is a must in this Texas heat, but it will be removed shortly as temps cool down. Also, you know it's coming off if I'm showin off my Legend.

Very nice!!!!

Hey, I noticed the driver side floor mat says LEXUS. Are those from a Sc300/400? Got any more pics of these?

I'd like to see how well these line up.

Thanks.

yeah I got more pics of those i'll post up here in a sec. I'm gonna try and resize haha. I'm not sure if those are 300 or 400 floor mats, but I can tell you they line up great in the front and back, it perfectly fits around the gas cover release. I'm not trying to make my car a Lexus I just had a friend that worked at a dealership and he recommended I try em and they are perfect.

I didn't like that other pic of my red tails, they looked two toned. Here's another one up close. I got a can of that JDM tail spray for 12.00 dollars and it is so perfect.

Nice Lookin Coupe. I'm liking it, but I do have a couple things to say...

Ditch the Lexus FloorMats. Lexus mats in an Acura is not my cup of tea.

Find a detailer in your area to polish the heck out of that car. I can see the swirling/marring/wash marks in your hood shot where the sun is shining.

Other than that, nice ride.

Thanks for the feedback, but once again, just to let it be know i've only had this car for a month now, and the swirl marks on a "fresh" black paint job, will show after one wash , there's no avoiding it, even terry cotton will do it. Also, I will hand polish it, if I got it buffed every time they flipped the switch it'd make the swirl marks worse. But I know about the Lexus mats and I will take care of the swirls as best as I can (no buffing), thanks for the comments.
