funny you say that....I just pretty much left mom's.....but I had reasons though...mom and dad were really sick and I got to play homebody carebody for them....serious cramp in my lifestyle

sorry it took so long to answer back bro.....dad is losing kidneys and mom had some internal problems and they cant really lift anything or do the normal things that people do so I was doing all the carrying and lifting of everything...items like milk they couldnt lift and Pops has been found passed out on the floor and once I thought he was dead but he was breathing...barely....but breathing.....hard when you seen a grown man start to have a breakdown right in front of your face...especially when its your own dad

they both are doing ok now and selling their home and getting a smaller place that will be easier for them to afford and take care of and people nearby to help keep a eye on them so thats good....I still stop in every day to check in and my boss knows whenever I go to our metal fab shop I stop in then too......

man. thats too bad, im sorry to hear about that, my parents are still farely young so i wont have to worry about it for now. but thats cool you still help take care of them, after all they used to clean up your shit right? hahaha way to keep it real homie

Rent to own is definitely not a good idea.

It's a very nice looking house, but since you don't own it and the market is changing so much, perhaps you should look into a starter home you can afford.

well without going into the entire thing....I got screwed on my last house....me and ex wife over bought..bills came and she bailed leaving me a huge payment right after getting laid off....so no way could I afford and I was lucky to get out making ANY money much less getting out....so my credit got phucked up and I am process of rebuilding and this was a good way to go about it
