need help posting pic

I am trying to post a photoshop image and made it smaller too and it is saying memory to full......error line 197 or something.You guys will like it so any help would be appreciated

I grew up in Osceola Wisconsin and actually am still a Wisconsin resident while I'm going to school over here in St. Paul. We'll have to meet up sometime, I go over to Wisconsin still every weekend or so. WISCONSIN REPRESENT! BTW, what a dumb ass that Chai Vang huh, hope you didn't know any of those hunters!
