PICS of My JDM KA8 Lights installed

Well it took me all day and I finally have them in. The beam pattern appears to be 10x better then USDM (poop). There is actually a line that runs across the whole wall. I have only 1 fog hooked up in the pic b/c I have not figured out how to get it through the fire wall yet. I will have better pics tomorrow during the day, staytuned.

Well for now I have a rocker switch that is in the cabin that turns the fogs on/off independently. I'm still looking for the harness that fits my oem fog switch.

'Black Legends + jdms = '

I know, it looks almost evil when I just have the fogs on.... he he he he

There's a wire that runs from the cabin to the front bumper for the optional fog lights. Look for that and you can ground the fogs to the frame. --=Keith

The HIDs are wired with the stock harness.

My Fogs are already grounded to the frame. The wire your speaking of is it located in the middle of the radiator?, b/c there is a harness there that is not used. Will I be able to power them from that wire?

I didn't want to wire the Fogs to the high beams b/c I want to use them indepedently b/c imo it looks cooler. If I want to turn them on during the day I can without turning on the lights.

I DID IT! I managed to hook up the USDM fog light switch to the JDM fogs.
I even made my own harness b/c my car (L) was not equiped with a harness.
Now the only problem is getting the wire through the fire wall.

What is the easiest way to get through the fire wall? Please, only people who have actually ran wire through there b/c it's easy to say "just wire it though there"

yo

Drill a small hole behind gas pedal or run it through a grommet behind the glove box(you can see it from the engine bay). Use a wire and hook it to hold the wires and poke it through the grommet after poking a hole in it with just the wire with no hook. Make sure it is stiff wire.

Looks NICE... for some reason I thought there was more of a distinct line across the top of the light beam when shined against a wall.. is that just a characteristic of stock HIDs?

Cool pics man, llooks great. That is exactly where I'm trying to wire through but cant see anything poping through. How did you get the kick panel off or seperated? Did you wire it to the oem fog switch too?
