Well the first time I actually noticed a Legend was when my uncle's friend had a 6 speed 93 L Coupe Red color. I was like yea whatever at first, but then a closer look and a drive in the car...I was hooked, this was about 2 years ago. I wanted one but only a 6 speed coupe. It was out of my price range so I kept searching from time to time. I actually found this site about 6 months ago and checked the for sale section often and did alot of research on the car. I was in love with a Legend Coupe. Still nothing was in my prefrence or price range.
I found my first Legend about a month ago on Ebay but, I didnt win the auction, I didnt even bid, I emailed the seller a few times and called about the car though. It turns out the seller, tried to sell it, and twice he got non-paying bidders on Ebay. So he called me and invited me in to buy it. I took the weekend off and picked it up, the weather sucked, it was ICY everywhere, I drove a 2005 Chevy Aveo with my uncle and picked it up, we saw like 30 cars in ditches that day from Detroit to Milwaukee. I just couldnt resist the price, even though it had 217k miles on it, it was CLEAN (dealer maintained), I paid $3000 for everything, that includes, taxes, title, fees, gas used in driving it home. Only issue in the car is brakes, everything will be swapped next weekend, all 4 rotors and pads are shot. Heres my beauty. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have a 94 gs 6-speed Sedan which from what I hear is pretty rare. It has 146K and packs a punch when you need it. I found it on the KCM Craigslist for 6500 about 6 months ago. Great shape by the way.

Joey & I had just been involved in a head-on accident Nov. 28th, 2006 in my `95 L 5 speed sedan here in GA., (which saved our lives), and in less than a week, a `94 GS 6-speed from the Bay Area showed up for sale here on the forum. In amazing condition, and with a possible BHG, Tyson got her to Vegas for us, and about a month later Joey & I flew into LAS and drove BlackBird home to GA. thru 5 days of ice & snow storms from west coast to east, with a stop in the PHX area for a new thermostat & main fan relay.
My 4th Legend, and I wouldn't have anything else!!

Found mine in L.A. back in 04 on Autotrader for $14500 with 50k, from an old couple. It was the wife's car and she had a stroke so she couldn't drive it anymore, so they went and got an E55 Benz. After the divorce I paid another $6000 to get it from my X. Her and her boyfriend didn't take very good care of it. Long story short,
I almost cried when I saw it! Good luck to who ever is married or thinking about it! Safe motoring. It's a 95 coupe 6 spd sherwood green with 126k as of now.

I must say, the 6 speed coupe is much sportier feeling, not as smooth, but gets excellent gas mileage using 6th gear. I drove up north about 6 miles from Canada on Tuesday to go snowboarding and back Haverhill Massachusetts tonight on one full tank of gas. $49.00 in gas and I made it just over 380 miles before the gas light came on. This is the best gas mileage I've ever had with any of my legends. Not to mention with three passengers 4 snowboards and all of our gear. Never thought the coupe would accomodate. Just unbolt the rear armrest and you there's your ski/snowboard sleeve. With the sedan I used to fit all the snowboards up to 162cm in the trunk sideways, the coupe isn't as wide so I had to improvise. 6th Gear FTW!! Very close to 26 mpg. Approximately 290 miles highway/ 90 miles town/city. This is not stock either fellas... MODS: CAI, Headers/straigh pipe to stock B pipe/muffler, Labrat pullies Grounding kit, voltage stabililzer, TBB, Egr block Stage 3 clutch W/5 speed flywheel, Phantom grip lsd |
