I already had a 95 LS Coupe automatic. I went down to the local Acura dealer to check out a 93 black LS Coupe 6-Speed with black leather. The dealer didn't want to give me a reasonable amount for my 95 as a trade in, so I asked my fiance at the time if she wanted my 95 LS Coupe and if we could use her 1 year old 98 Civic EX Coupe as a trade in. She agreed so I gave her my 95 LS Coupe and I drove home in my 93 LS Coupe 6-Speed

I also found mine on Autotrader. After totalling my 02 TLS, I needed to find a solid used car. My roomate has had a Legend Coupe for a couple of years, so I knew what great cars they are and how much you get for your money. Just surfin' the internet looking for cars one day, I found this one within 20 miles of my house. I bought it the first time I saw it.

1994 Black on Black Acura Legend GS 6-Speed

Here's my story: After totaling my last Legend, I went and bought a 1995 BMW 318i. It was nice, black on black, 5-speed manual, great condition. But, it wasn't doing it for me like the Legend was. It's like the saying goes, "You don't know what you have, until you lose it." So, I figured I'd drive the beemer around while looking for a 6-speed Legend. Well, it didn't take long, because I found this 6-speed for sale at cars.com which was also posted by Dave C. in the For Sale forums. The only problem was that I live in New England and the Legend was in Maryland. So, the great guy that he is, Dave C. went out and checked the car out for me from top to bottom and came back to me with a positive report. Next thing I know, I purchased 2 one-way plane tickets to Maryland (my girlfriend and I) to buy the Legend and drive it back home. It took a little over 8 hours to get back home, but it was worth it

I had an 89 sedan, and reading all the good stuff about the G2, I really wanted one. I told a local car dealer to look out for one, and 2 months later they called and said they had a pearl white 6-speed. I bought it without even a test drive

ps: that was almost 5 years ago!

Had a 1990 LS Sedan at the time and ALWAYS wanted a coupe 6-speed. Asked a few used acura dealership to keep an eye out but they had no luck tracking one down. Months later saw a black on black in the auto trader and immediately setup a test drive. Did some negotiating and ended up making a deal. Had both Legends for about a week or two before my 1990 was sold.

The funny thing was the guy who had my 6-speed before ran the add for 2 weeks in the auto trader. His week #2 was my week #1 of posting my 90 Legend. When I opened up the trader, I saw both my 90 Legend's ad and his ad both on the same page, one above the other... the chances of that! I owned both cars at the time

I still have that trader issue

Had a 93 LS Coupe in cashmere silver & auto tranny. Loved the car but when a forum member posted a 94 LS Coupe, black on black, I jumped all over it. The black interior really does it for me. The seller even drove it down from Niagara Falls, NY to my house in Long Island, NY without a deposit.

I own a 6 sp L coupe Desert Mist. My son turned me on to the Legend 6 speed a few months back and have been searching in the Bay area since then. I bought it from JIME a few weeks ago. I saw his ad in Yahoo Autos. This Legend replaced my 90 GS Integra that got "retired." I was deciding between a Legend or a newer Integra. Glad I decided to buy the Legend. I love driving it around town, on the freeway, or just anywhere. I keep my eyes open to see other G2s around - I see 1 maybe 2 a day. Rarely do I see a coupe let alone a 6 speed. Keep the 6 sp coupe G2 list coming. . .

Legend forum is great!

, Yes they were that expensive back then. There was a 95 LS 6spd coupe on the same lot going for $28k. This summer I sold my sedan with 120k miles and picked up 94 LS 6spd coupe with way less miles for less than what I sold my sedan for. I picked the car up from a small town in the mountains on the border of kentucky and ohio. The town probably had a population of 100 people, and everyone owned trucks, but this guy had a prestine milano red 94 LS coupe. Drove 7 hours to pick it and and another 7 hrs back all in the same day.

i looked through ebay, autotrader, cars, etc. etc. and cannot find a decent looking one until i found one by accident. i was on my way to a used car dealer and just one block before i got there, i saw this beautiful green coupe over my left shoulder. it was at a different used car dealer. i decided to give it a peep, and whadda you know, its a 6sp coupe!!!!!!!!! i almost lost my balance cuz of excitment. hahaha. then pop up the hood, and there it is, a type 2. thats when i decided to grab it before someone else does. hahahahahahahha. im so glad i got it.

I got my 95 Legend 6 speed through a Toyota dealership. I found the listing on cars.com but it was advertised as an auto. When I went to go take a look, to my surprise it was a 6 speed and it was black/black. I said wow I'm getting this! So after two days it was mine!

I have a pic but can's seem to paste here.
