On my other Legend I sold, I was able to fit both the 96-8 Civic Type R style and Mugen style ABS plastic lips on a 91-3 Legend sedan bumper only. (I also tried it on a 94-5 sedan bumper but it's way different in shape and you would need to bend/stretch it a lot if it even fit, I might try it again on a spare bumper, as the last time I just lay it over instead of actually bolting it down.) The trick to attaching it is to bolt the lip starting in the center and work your way back along either side. Only mild flexing like a bow is needed, and the ends line up nicely. Carbon-fiber lips won't work because they are too stiff and both carbon fiber and fiberglass have a tendency to crack and shatter, which I hate. The accord lips I've tried to line up don't even come close to fitment, I don't know why people are suggesting them, if they work, I'd like to see a pic and know what year lip they are using.
