my cuzzin and i were puttin on his type r lip kit on his hatch and i thought it would be cool to see how it would look on the legend, it was almost a perfect fit. now im thinking about gettin me a carbonfiber mugen lip.

I dunno how you managed that. The Legend is a pretty wide car.

i was thinking about using an accord one for myself but do not know if it will fit the same. the lip is flexible so i stretched it over the stock tip and ta da it fits.

Thats nice to know right there, yeah that Type R lip you definately have to get used to...it looks weird on the Legend but the idea is prety hype, im going to look around for good looking things and see i they match up with the measurments

Mugen lip is pretty nice, i think the Mugen thats what was in the Mugen Body kit for the KA7 (discontinued)

I tried putting a civic type R lip on my 91-93 model bumper a couple months ago but it doesn't look as good as the 94-95 bumper. Looks tight though!

And about ordering your own lip, I say DO IT! It looks clean and you would be one of the first to have it.

The only thing that you will have to worry about is being able to bolt it down from the middle. I know it comes with screws but you might need to do a little custom work (go to home depot and round up some possible screw fitments, etc). How well does it fit on the edges (left and right side)?
