A good solution is a Woolite/water mix. I've used this myself on carpet and leather. Works wonders. One ounce of Woolite with six ounces water in a spray bottle. Now go knock yourselves out.

i used GSR's method and did:

Oxyclean+warm/hot water+oxycleaner stain lifter

and oh yea, man scrubbing power

make sure you have least have a strong vacuum or a shopvac to suck up the water afterwards. I did mine on a day where it wasn't sunny and it was wet for a few days. best to do it on a sunny day also.

the stain on my carpet has been there for about 8 years according to the owner before me. lol.

Actually, never been over to autopia.org. I actually learned it from a buddy who does detail work on the weekends. But I am over at DetailCity with another member who never lets his Legend get a speck of dirt on it.... PAT!!!
