Complete suspension rebuild

I'm going to get around to installing my K-Sports, ADDCO sways, and MLS Bar and at the same time I want to do a complete rebuild of all the replaceableble suspension parts- Ball joints, bushings and anything else. I think this kit has most of what I will need... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...163600627&rd=1

Is it a good plan to go with this kit, or are there other good options? Also, what else will I need to buy? My car is clunking and creaking like an old Ford pickup.

Way to go your car is gonna be riding tight after all those mods. That kit covers the front, I think there is thing or two in the rear that can get done when you do the struts. good luck

Sounds good. They had a kit like that for G1's, I should've jumped on that.

Same here, what is needed for proper alignment and camber adjustment, Just SPC Ball joints ?

My son had the car for a few years, and when I got it back it wasn't in the best shape, so it's time to Pimp My Ride.
Anyhow, it looks like I'll be buying all the parts for the rear suspension also- hopefully the place in that link carries everything I need. When I hit a bad bump I sometimes get a sound from the rear that is like a big ball pein hammer rap, and that's not right.

make sure it's not just the exhaust, check the rear rubber hangers.

i got the same problem, (if its the same noise) but mine only clanks when its wet for some strange reason. Not really sure what all I need to get replaced because its hard for someone to diagnose the problem when it only happens when its wet.
