The Great Wheels vs. Offset vs. Fender alignment thread

I think having a thread like this will go a long way towards limiting the number of "will this wheel fit" topics.

Please post a reply with your stats, in the following format.
Quote:
I have [make/model] wheels on my [car], they are [##] inches wide, with [##] offset, and they [are flush with/stick out from/are inside of] my fenders.
I will start.
I have stock LS wheels on my 1995 Legend LS Coupe, they are 6.5 inches wide, with +65 offset, and they are inside of my fenders.

I have 18" 5Zigen Super Six wheels on my 1992 Legend LS Coupe, they are 7.5" wide, with a +48 offset. They fit inside the fenders all the way around.

I use 225/40-18 Khumo Ecsta tires

good idea I think we should also include if the car is lowered and by how much.

I have a typeII coupe 18x8 +50 (just put em on saturday) 235 40 18 lowered w/ ksport about 1.75 or 2 inches. Front are pretty much ok might hit the inner linning when the wheel is locked. The rear rubs a little bit it's very close to clearing, but I think I will roll my fenders.

I also had a set of 17x8 +55 w/215 45 17 lowered with eibachs and konis on my old typeII coupe and they were a perfect fit no rub ever.

I have OEM Acura NA1 NSX wheels on my 2nd-gen Legend sedan. The wheels were from an early (91-93) NSX.

In front they are 8-inches wide, with +60 offset, and they are flush with my front fenders.

In the rear they are 6.5-inches wide, with +55 offset, and they just inside my rear fenders. They are, however, about an inch closer to being flush than the factory Legend rims.

I have Ro_Ja/R2-5 (manufactured by Ray's Engineering) rims on my car. They are 8" wide with +47 offset, and sit inside my fenders by a millimeter or two.

I am dropped almost 3" with a track alignment (at least 1.75 degrees camber all around, toe in on the rear) and rolled fenders. I currently have BFGoodrich g-Force KDW2 tires @ 225/40/18.

Disclaimer: this setup is un-drivable without heavy suspension modifications, as the car would rub and bottom out. If I corrected the camber, these rims would sit flush in the front, and probably stick outside the rear fenders on my coupe.

werd.

I have Legend Wheels. They are 18X7.5 +38mm offset 225/40/18
They are flushed but very close, so I cut the rear wheel well lip out after I lowered the car.

I'm pretty sure I picked out a wheel I like well enough to buy. Forged, 17x8, +45 and just over 14 pounds. I'm thinking I can slap 235/45/17s on them.

From what I understand, this is the same size as the TL rims many forum members have tried. I'll edit this post with fitment info when I get them.

edit #1: yes, TL wheels are the same - http://tl.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117535

That should fit fine with 225s. I predict rolled fenders in your future!

99 RL
Lowered about 2.5 inches
Fr 18x8 +35 215/40/18
Rr 18x9 +35 225/40/18

Fairly flush with fenders. Small amount or rubbing in the rear only and fenders are not rolled.

*Update*

Fenders have been rolled and all rubbing is gone.
