Yeah, Tokicos are definitely the winner between the two.

Really...I've been running KYBs since I bought the car...not sure if they are GR-2s but they handle amazingly! Even when I droped my car on 6" Integra coilovers, I still got a very smooth ride w/ god like handling...so I don't know about Tokicos because I haven't used them before but, The KYBs are definatly amazing shocks!

I have KYBs also. They haven't given me any problems and the ride is good. But like Beeze I never had Tokicos.

I've ridden in other hondas with KYB/Tokico and pnoye is spot-on. KYB provides a ride closer to stock, where as Tokico is aiming more at the sport market with a stiffer, lower ride.

eBay. That's where I bought mine. Let me find a link.
eBay link When I ordered mine they offered me either Suspension Techniques springs or Intrax springs. I chose the ST springs and they're treating me quite well--some other forum members will atest to that. Plus you can't beat the $400 price tag for both struts and springs.
