NEED YOUR HELP

i have a 92 legend 4 door. my rear driver side is lower than the rear passenger side. is it possible to have the springs backwards or is there a damage part. i dont know whats wrong but everytime i jack up my car it goes to normal then when i drive it goes back down. it looks like i have lower springs on one side of my car when in reality i dont. Please someone help me and give me some ideas on what can it be causing this. thank you.

Sounds like the shock (strut) is bad rather than the spring. Use a flashlight, take off the rear tires and make sure the two look the same on both sides (ie same combo of shocks/springs). I don't think it's the springs because you said it goes to normal ride height for a little bit after you jack it up, and then goes down when you drive, which sounds like a bad/leaking/can't hold up the weight problem with the strut....

may have a spring perch installed upside down (a very easy/common mistake)

as others have said, take off the wheels and inspect the suspension from top to bottom and make sure everything is installed the same on each side.
