Question Questions about Suspension

I have a 92 Legend L coupe and my rear springs and struts are on their last legs. So I'm in the market for some new ones. After doing some searching around I'm finding the best price and the best performance I can afford and need(since my legend's still a daily driver) is the Eibach Pro-kit Lowering Springs and the KYB-GR2 shocks.

My questions to anyone who's got a good answer are:
1. Are these a good combination?will they function well together?
2. Has anyone had any problems with either of these products in the past?
3. Did anyone have any installation problems with these products?

Any help or any suggestions anyone can give me is appreciated. I'd rather take my time doing my homework and get the right info than rush into buying a product I can't use. I could use this info As Soon As Possible, since like I said my rear suspension is on the way out, and I still got to order the parts.

1. no they are not a good combo but will work together

2. yes, ppl have reported in the past to have issues with shocks blowing prematurely and harsh ride quality

3. shouldn't have problems there.

If u do get the kyb's atleast get a set with a lifetime exchange warranty b/c they will fail in the near future.
