Interrior panels and leather-just make sure you condition afterwards.

I have almost all of them.

FULL DETAIL:

Wash, Clay, Polish (SSR2.5), Seal, Wax.

Just read up on detailing forums, and on detail supply websites. It's a lot of info, but I learned how to detail on the net.

how important is the polish step? can i go from claying to wax? would it make a huge difference?

Polishing removes swirls and light scratches, sure you can skip it, but then the wax will just be covering up the swirls and scratches. A wax job will only be as good as the prep work.

Check out the products this guy sells. he is a regular contributor of information on detailing on the NSX site. I recently bought the leather preservative and cleaner (leatherique) and the stuff works great - especially for the leather seat problems the Legend has. I tried the rejuvination oil on my VW Cabrios seats and it brought them back to like new. It did the same with my steering wheel which I thought was damaged due to sun and sweaty hands. I also bought the rubber trim dressing which makes all of your black trim, rubber and plastic, look like new. Check it out...I'm sure you'll be impressed with the products and information on the site.
