dull to gloss????

whatsup alc well jus got a caravan from my uncle who leavin the country, it use to belong to his son use to have the van who used it for a newspaper route, i rember 3 years ago when he got it it was nice n clean but now the paint is dull, so i want to kno what anybody suggest to get it shine again its a white 98 caravan, i got wax and i also got hand glaze if those dont work what else u recommend
