Need help removing oxidation

I have some light oxidation on my trunk lid, spoiler and roof, and I heard
sonus sfx 1 would be good to remove it, but most people also recomend using a buffer. I want a good inexpensive buffer so any one think this is a good choice?
And should I get anything else for this project, thanks.

The only thing I would buy that buffer for is target practice with a .357.

In all honesty you get what you pay for. Those buffers don't really do more than spreading the wax or polish around.

Save up and buy the Porter Cable 7424. For your oxidation you'll need to buff the paint. I use stuff from http://www.poorboysworld.com.

Sometimes oxidations is bad enough that buffing it doesn't help or only hides a little bit of it, but I wish you good luck.

I agree. Oxidation will only come out somewhat, not all of it will. I noticed the oxidation you see is what you see coming through the clear (the clear seperating from the paint, not just the paint fading.)

As for target practice, i would say use a shotgun instead, because that thing is more useful in pieces then it is whole.

Thanks guys, I am going to see if I can find someone to do it for less than the price of the Porter, I know I am going to have to get a new paint job sooner or later even though the paint looks every where else.

I also found this buffer, which looks to be much better than the other one, let me know if it can do the job thanks
