It stinks!

Well my parts car the interior STINKS, after cleaning it I have come to find out its smoke smell in the foam, So I ask you cleaning freaks wats the best way to get smoke smell outta foam? So far I've cleaned the foam which helped alot now I'm spraying it with frebrez. Any other tips?

Good luck with that.

I know that after a house fire, the only way to rid the smoke smell is to strip off one side of the wall and paint all the studs with aluminum paint. It seals the smell into the wood... doubt that's going to help ya tho

well its not my parts car, its my daily car. I'm swapping the black into my car. I must say its cleaning up REALLY nice looks brand new but it just has a musk of smoke.


got some odor ban and lysol and baking soda and white vinegar... ill get rid of this smell lol

LOL I actually told the gf that this morning haha.

Well I cured the smell atleast for awhile I soaked everything in odor b gon and cleaned it all very well from the other night and just keep soaking it and damn it smells good now haha.

nah steam clean wont work, i know i tried its in the foam so u have to soak it. if you've ever completely taken a door panel apart you'll find in the inserts thats where alot of the smell is.
