i suggest an ionizer. my brother uses it in his bronco (plugs into the cigarette lighter) and his car doesnt have a hint of smoke. my dad, who sells cars on the side, has a bigger ionizer that he lets sit in the car for 24 hours if its a smoker car. both have cars that dont smell like smoke, so try that.
