wax then seal or vice-versa?

been looking over afew different forums and haven't found an answer.

I would assume that the sealer would be left until the end to seal in your wax, but I've read afew things that say either or.

I'm trying to decide to use my pinnacle wax then sealer or the other way around?

suggestions?
thx

Seal, then wax. Most sealants wont work well on top of a carnuba wax.

Wash, Clay, Polish, Seal, Wax.

Note some sealants don't need a wax. Some people prefer to just put on a sealant and skip the wax part.

I finally detailed my car this weekend and took me 8 hours.

Wash
Clay
Polish 2x (Fine cut than ultra fine cut) using PC 7424
Klasse All In One
Poorboys EX-P Sealant
Let it cure for 12 hours
Topped it off with Natty Blue Paste Wax

I don't think I'm doing that again.

thanks guys... I just waxed her and will probably use the seal then wax next time.

If the weather here in Seattle is what is always is, that will put me doing the seal then wax right before the NW meet up.

Yeah, when you do a full detail, and you do it right, and you go as close to perfection as possible, it can take some time.
