awesome pics rich! what kind of lighting did you use on 2 through 4? number three looks really bright but number 4 looks great just the right amount of light and shadow. I also like the leaf pic as well what kind of lens did you use for it?

2-4 i used my sb600 flash to add a proper amount of fill lighting against the sun that was infront of me

as for the plants i used my 50mm f1.8 lens with a +2 close up filter the f stop was 1.8 and with the +2 the depth of field as you can see is VERY narrow

cool i will have to look into procuring a close up filter, i never knew they existed. what did you have the sb600 set to? auto ittl? sorry for all the questions I hardly ever shot people (with a camera that is

) so its a whole new thing for me. nice model btw.

thanks model is my gf , if i remember the sb600 was on auto ittl but with -1.0 compensation set at 50mm i was using the 50mm again

the 50mm Is my most PRIZE lens also my cheepest and it has already paid for itself 5 times. Once you try one youll never use anything else unless you absolutly have to.
