Unique Christmas wish/gift for the Mrs... and, it was GRANTED!!!

The Mrs loves her wine... and ALL she wanted for Christmas was to see where most of the wines are produced from.

Also; note that I've managed to take some pix of their signs... but after visiting 4 of those places, alcohol kicks in

Say cheeeeessssseeeeee

And, we had lunch here...

nice i love wine country even though i don't drink, nothing better then cruising through the hilly terrain with the sunroof open! we have wine country here in arizona although it's not as prosperous as ca wine country. It is in sonita(sp?) around by the us mexico border probably about 60 miles south of tucson. It reminds me of the lompoc santa Barbra area.

los nino's in spanish means the young ones or something of that nature if im not mistaken, so its only proper to have a label that corresponds with the name

Thanks Mark... one odd thing I noticed though; lots of limousines, my curious mind starts to wonder and started asking questions from them limo drivers, sure enough I found out why

I am not to sure of that, I know it has to be son because daughter is las ninas or something like that. If you look at the bottle the vintage is a 1983 so i would think that the bottle of wine is in honor of a son but it could be twins perhaps.

Dont forget en espanol, plurals often take a masculine form, los ninos can mean the sons/boys or the children, while las ninas mean the daughters. The only time children would be used in the feminine form would be if the group of children were all girls.

if my mexican is up to date, that means "the kids." when plural, it takes the masculine form.

but nice pics ferj, my dad's cousin lives next door to a vineyard in Napa. its pretty cool.
