there are still some...
looks wise pre99's have a few choices for body kits, 99 and newer have littel stuff available in the US there are a few companies in japan that make body kits but shipping cost are huge (called "honda legend" over there, just in case anyone forgets when they do a search).

performance mods are very limited...

you can get a dropin filter
or new tires and wheel

eibach makes springs for RL's up to 99 but they will fit in newer ones too.

comptech makes springs and they also make beefier anti-roll bars, front and rear

for RL's before 99 a few companies make high performance brake pads for the RL, I've seen braided steel brake lines also and sloted and/or crossdrilled rotors or if you wanna go all out, and you don't mind going to bigger wheels, Brembo makes a big brake kit for the front.

Juiced_RL now sells an cold air intake for the RL.

and I can't think of anymore bolt-on mods

CAI! thanks Jinny. what kind of mods do you have? :)
My RL is pretty stock... almost all the cars I've had have gone thru a mild lowering... the RL has too, Eibach springs and SPC camber kits on all four corners. Good for about an inch in back and 1.2 in front.

and a K&N drop in air filter and 20% tint in rear sides and rear window.

If you consider things that are non-perfomance related as mods, then I also have body painted side skirts, mudguards and roof moulding I also has an old style satelite radio antenna mounted on the roof but never got the reciever, so I filled the hole in the roof with a non functioning antenna for now. to my surprize it actually looks decent and I did it before the newer RL's came out with their onstar antennas, so it looks like they copied me :D (there is really
only one spot where you could put in a antenna on the roof, so the factory one is in the exact same place where mine is :D )

for now that's about it...

I'm just waiting for some free time to get some Comptech sways put in. there realy isn't much available for the RL, so I don't have an extensive list of things to do; which is fine with me cause I don't have the $$ to do it either :D (I do, however, have a 75shot NitrousExpress kit just sitting in my garage that I have thought about putting in there)

I had CL 7spoke stock wheels put on for a while because I thought I likes the style, but now I'm back to the original stock... the stock RL wheels are finished better and for some reason shine up better too. also, the CL wheels are 7" width as opposed to the RL's 7.5 and that small diff makes the tires I had on there look a bit too "donut-like" I should have run 215's instead of 225's on the CL wheels... and a smaller offset would have been nice too (I am against the use of spacers).

thinking about getting wheels, but that might still be too bling for me right now... I think a bling bling RL with dubs would look funny with a baby seat in the back seat and might go against the "responsibile" family type image I'm trying to convey, especially w/ the police that might want to ticket me for my semi-lead foot:D.

if you want to see pics, just click the link in my signature...

don't laugh at the brown tires in some of the pics, they needed washing and some "product" :D

my "long wheelbase RL" pipe-dream concept pics are in there too.

LWB (long wheel-base) version :) for looks or space?

nice and low RL :D tinted windows make a big difference! coo, at least there are lowering springs and camber kits for RL. what kind of shocks do you have on with eibach?

as for wheels, IMO, chrome would look the best since it's got chrome trim ;) oh, by the way, do you know if Acura has stock chrome wheels for RL?

is it easy to clear the orange portion in front side markers and in rear turn signals? (has anybody done it?) it looks like the front side markers are part of the 1-peice headlights. :-/ I like the clear look hehehe.

LWB for space, for being Acura's most roomy sedan, it has a pitiful amount of rear legroom. oh well, still like it.

I have not yet found any after market high performance shocks for use on 99 and newer RL's... I just expect to change the OEM's a bit more often, for now... untill something comes out.

I have seem chrome stocks, I don't know if they came that way from factory or if the dealer got them chromed, but my local dealer has them. I especially like the 2002 wheel look and I've seen them chromed too... looks nice.

and I've seen the clearing done. I like it, I've seen them on pre'99 RL's too (juiced_RL did his). I like the look too, but I just don't have the time to do anything these days :(
