real easy, take a screw driver and wrap around it with some black tape or something.
Go aroudn the edges and pop them out , then when the entire dash is loose, you pull it off, and replace it. there are clips i believe 4 or 3. Pretty easy.

right, i meant when the 1 peice air vent you are trying to replace is loose, you just pull it out evenly. you dotn want to bend it. well your replacing it. hell if it brakes its ok. but yeah take it easy, and it'll come off.

to get to the ac unit...
You have to remove the radio. There are 2 screws holding the A/C unit in. Then do the screw driver method.
