Got2lovme9 clearning things up with Ballistic

Hi all,

I know Ballistic has been talking a lot of trash about me on this fourm. I just wanted to clear things up. Did Ballistic tell you he hever paid for the chip? He tried to send me an ecu but i never got it? Ballistic was not willing to give me a tracking number nor able to send me something that show he did send the ecu. So what was i suppose to do go out find him an ecu and chip it for him than send it back??? Let me just hand out free ecu with chips and paid for them. I have nothing else to do with my money....

I dont want to bead a dead horse over and over again. Another thing I will no longer sell the chip due to these problems. I was never here to scam anyone nor was I been trying too. I was just trying to give people options, i did not try and force this on any one or make any claims. The chip worked like it was suppose too. There is no way you can make a fake chip for the legend. If anyone understand programing if the code does not work the car will not work right.

Guys sorry i havent been answer back to your email or PM. I was just trying to stop selling the chip. I didnt want anymore people to think i was trying to scam them. It not worth it to scam other poeple just for a few hundred bucks for your good name..

I just wanted to say thanks these people for having my back.

Got2luvme. I'm going to start from the very begining.

When I first Instant messaged you about the chip. Our deal: 100 dollars and 2 ECU's. You would chip one of the ECU's and kept the extra one. I knew you would like our deal beacuse people were not returning ECU's back to you. This transaction went extemely smoothly. No problems what so ever until I noticed no gain and no modification to the chip (i opened it up). It appeared to have no modification to it. Maybe you forgot the chip it. I don't know.
So, you told me to send it back and you'd chip it again. (i just added this 3 minutes later since it's part of the story)

Okay so now the second part that went south.

When I "called you out", i admited not not using a tracking #. I knew I was semi-screwed until YOU gave me this instant message about the "lost package"

Since then, i have not heard a single word from you. And clearly, they have the package in the mail. I have no idea why you lost communication with me. I am willing to accept you accidently did not chip the ECU. Mistakes happen all the time and you always seem extremely busy. I was extremely pissed because I felt conned.
Hopefully we can resolve this now.

Okay let's get this resolve, send me an ecu Px9-A57. Do you have TCS ? if so I will need an ecu with the number PX9-A67 these are the only ecu i can do at this time I am not able to do any ecu with the number Px9-L67 so dont send me an ecu with the letter L in it.

Terms are

You will need to pay for the ecu shipped back to you looking about 20 bucks.. paypal anything over that i will pay for it.. send the ecu with tracking.... I will send the ecu usps 3 day service.

I will chip the ecu and send it back, if I dont than you have all the rights to talk trash about me and I admit i am just a freaking low life as you claim..

but after this I will not do anymore ecu.

Legend will die with in me...

soooooooooo...why do you want to stop making chip??

Do we hassle you to much?

I know you make them for autos, and supposedly any for a manual would just make it run even more rich...but if i could show a good gain i would pay $150 and send my ECU to you in a heartbeat.(well i would schedule not using car a month in advance.....)

Its in demand right?? Nobody wants to deal with Willie.

It's been decided that this forum will no longer facilitate the transactions involving the copied chip (regardless of who does it). For as long as Willie continues to own the rights to them, only transactions through him will be recognized as legitimate. All promotion of any copied chip will be removed and a warning issued. Persistence may result in a ban.

This thread serves to settle things between Got2LovMe9 and Ballistic. Tommy has also stated that he will no longer sell the chip.

Get your chips through Willie, buy them used or do without. If someone else would like to produce and sell the Dinan/Bayou Chip, I suggest that they contact Willie with an offer to purchase the rights from him.

Got2luvme: I really appreciate your attempt to work with me. But your negotiating under your terms when your to blame.
I don't know if i'm missing something or you are, but you said in your Instant message that the post office has the ECU. Why arent you using it right now to chip it? Please tell me what happened to it.
1. i'm not going to cough out another 20bucks to send my ECU to you AND pay for the cost of shipping it back. That is just rediculous.
2. You have 2 of my 3 ECU's. You must have an ECU laying around to give me. You still owe me 1 ECU.
3. Right now is not the best time for me to pull it out. I'm doing some electrical mods and need to ECU. I'm getting ready to paint the legend so it's moving in/out of my garage constantly. I can not part my ECU.
4. I fear to lose another ECU.

If you can't send me my ECU, (and i'm extremely curious to know what happened to it) please send me 120bucks so we can settle this. Though I still lose out, I can recoop some of my losses.

I would like to work this out. I didnt even get payment from you for the chipping of the ecu. I know i dont charge 120.00 to chip a type 2 ecu that would just not be worth my time.

You told me you sent me the ecu. I also order a new laptop off Ebay and found that it was my laptop that came in the mail not your ecu. The laptop was insure and had a tracking number. I thought you send the ecu insure or with tracking. UPS, Fedex or USPS does not just drop boxes at my address. I made sure of that so nothing get stolen.

Another thing if i dont have the ecu you need for your car just laying around. I know you have a type 2 with TCS. These ecu are hard to find never can keep them in stock.

But again I would like to work this out.

What if i just send you the chip for your ecu and you can get someone else to chip it??

Legend GS is right I am no longer selling my Legend chips.

I'm not going to reply to all your comments since is B/S and you know it.
Yes, I will take the ECU chip IF it's plug - n - play. I've read you can remove the chipped ECU and swap it with the stock one. So I assume theres not much to it.

I love how you've conviently neglected this thread Got2lovme. It truly shows what kind of a person you are. And it def. strengthens my case against you.
Oh, and I just love how you blocked my AIM screen name. You're a great guy.

How about you paypal me 120bucks or i'll do something really drastic. I have your name and address. 1 phone call to a department and your in a heap load of trouble.

This isnt a threat, these are the negotiated terms.

I give you 72 hours.
