custom dual remus ???

ok, i've read and read about the remus exhaust and still have a question maybe someone can clear up. i have a 94 GS and just received my new REMUS. i will be getting the andy's auto sport body kit for my car too. i saw a pic of a legend with the same kit and a remus exhaust, but the pipes are split. here's the question...to do this setup do i need 2 exhuast? or can i get a custom muffler shop to split up the dual pipes on the remus? if they can split the pipes, will this mess up my exhaust in any way? or should i leave the remus just the way it is?

i've been in love with Donny's car since i saw it about a year ago on the legend temple. i have to say we have the exact same taste.

i guess i'll go find a muffler shop this weekend and show them the pic of Donny's setup and see what they can tell me.

yeah i remember Donny What ever happend to him. and i agree chlo3 that is one of, if not hte BEST, legend on the earth style wise. LOVE IT.

Split it...no
You can get two separate mufflers, sell the remus or buy another one to match that one and mount it in the other position. Besides, I wouldn't trust just anybody spilling the guts on my $600 muffler to mess it up

SeasickLegend did his, maybe you can ask him how they set his up

yeah i feel the same way you do Leon. i'm afraid to let anyone mess with the remus, but on the other hand i'd love to have this setup for my car. i thought about getting another remus but then i don't know if i'll like having 4 exhaust pipe sticking out of the bumper. remus only makes dual tips right?

Unfortunately, foor the Legend I think so. But on SeasickLegend;s car it looked pretty cool. I w ould prefer two single pipes myself

well, i went to the muffler shop that was recomended to me by my mechanic and by the shop that i got my remus from. i was told there was no way to do this setup with my remus

for one thing he said the pipes on the remus is too big, and there wouldn't be any pipes that big to connect to it. secondly, if he could do it he would have to cut off one of the two pipes, which he doesn't recomend. the only other option is to get two custom made mufflers with a single pipe. hmmmmm........how did Donny do his setup with the remus? i wonder if he just has remus tips, cuz the guy said there wasn't any way to do it like that with the remus. well, i'll just have to save up and get a second exhaust. can someone photoshop Donny's car with two remus dual tips so i can see how my car will look like when i buy my second exhaust?

what that guy should of said is theres no way he can do it, theres always a way around everything, thats one thing this world has tought me, i'm shure with enough persistance you'll find a way of doing what your trying to do. theres even a way to do an true dual exhuast setup, it'll take some creativeness but it's possible.

oh dang. i totally ignored the questiont o this post. sorry chloe. Yeah He has just Remus Tips. its a different muffler. you can buy remus tips seperately. and yes they can come as individual tips. that is what is done here. im soryr i dont have the info onhow to get idividual tips but you can still check with
Clause Ettensberger Corperation in hopes of finding them
