When I bought the car: November 27, 2005

Notice the ugly fogs, the tacky mesh in the grille, and the huge, thick pinstripes! Oh, and the PA inspection stickers. We drove up to PA to get the car from northern VA. I wanted it badly, lol, even though there were a few problems when i bought the car. I love my legend either way.

Little Better: March 18, 2006

Still non-tinted, no more mesh, no more cheesy fogs, and bumper light is still totally orange. New alpine head unit and 4 speakers throughout the whole car.

Month Later: April 12, 2006

Same car, new sidemarkers, although still not great, better. Looks a little cleaner because of the light.

With mom's RL: June 9, 2006

Stayed home from school that day and cleaned both cars. All the neighbors admired how I parked the cars in the driveway afterwards. lol. Still no tint, and still have the amber bumpers and corners.

Finally much better: November 5, 2006

TL-S Rims, 50/35/35 Tint (VA's damn tint laws), clear corners (still no JDM's yet), clear bumpers, and a nice wax. No it wasn't the first time I waxed it.

And now present day, these taken just this past weekend. Only with two more mods: the knock off s2k antenna from Lo-Custom, and 2 Alpine type-e 12's.

These current pictures were taken on one rainy, chilly evening with my camera in auto mode, so they didn't turn out perfect.

Oh, and whoever guesses the car in the background in the second to last picture, wins MY CAR. and no, its not a legend.

Great story and documentation of your car's progress. It's always nice to see how things change along the way -- keep up the great work with the mods and upgrades, althought I'd dare say you'd be safe to call it "done" right now! Not much more I'd do to that GS at this point.

Haha yes, I sort of modeled your posts. They're always very thorough, and they explain everything. But theres never ending things to do to a legend! I still want to get it painted (although it looks great in pictures, its not perfect in person), new leather would be great, JDM's w/ HID projectors woudl be nice. Umm some RCR tails, get rid of my side markers, and then last but not least, and I will never find it. A wood steering wheel. haha.
