Now, I wouldn't do this for just anybody, but I really like where you're going with your car. I'm in the process of doing the brown to black on my ivory interior as well. Did you change the dash and the steering wheel over too? I like the gunmetal accents where the wood was too...whats77inaname did some custom overlays in brushed aluminum and I want to see how those came out. Did you just sand, paint, and seal those parts? Finally, are you planning on new seat covers with a black insert like me?!?!?! :D

Looks great man! Keep up the good work!

Impressive work - I'd prefer that brushed aluminum in a black interior but you've done well. Nice looking ride!

Thanx for the props, everybody!

Blackend... thanx for postin' my pix. Would you mind tellin me how to do it for future reference?

imaginasian vboy... Thanx for the comments. I figured all black is better than showing that d@mn amber. I hate amber! Until i can manage to make black/clear combo taillights, this will do.

antik... I originally wanted to go for the painted brushed aluminum look, but there are so many color variations of aluminum that i just didnt wanna take the time and money tryin out so many colors to find the right finish. I just went with what I knew would look good anyways. Besides, more and more newer car models offer gunmetal trimmings nowadays, so its more of an updated look.

LARacer2000... Ive been contemplating adding the spoiler since i got the car. My argument against it is that as it is, I have limo tint in the rear, so my vision is semi-impaired at night. Additionally, given the angle of the car, Im afraid the spoiler would reduce my rear vision.

Mike Diaz... I got the aluminum from someones metal shop who had it extra, just laying around. I actually did him a favor takin it. So it worked out both ways.
