06 AC and CD issue at same time

I own a 2000 RL w/ 200K. LOVE it. Upgrading to 2006 RL. I am at dealership today and the AC is blowing hot air and the CD player won't accept a CD. It keeps saying busy or error. The red 'disc' light on console blinks. Radio and XM work fine. Car has 75,000 miles on it. I did a google search on these issues and came up with nothing. Anyone have similar issues? Or have an inkling if this is one issue or two separate issues? Dealer is checking out problems as we speak. My fear is that the problems are huge and the dealer will send the car to auction rather than pay to fix them, which means the search for a nice 06 with reasonable miles continues. Help?

The a/c is a common issue for that year. Most likely is the compressor coil windings burned out. It can be done in car without removing the compressor. Should be no more than a $500 fix.

The CD player trays are messed up. Not sure about the USA, but in Canada we have a factory radio repair exchange for $160. Pull the radio, get the dealer to send off for repairs and you pay $160.
Excellent help. Thank you. They are repairing (it's been a week, they say they had to order parts).

This is an 06 with 75K on it. What else can I expect as 'common on that year' problems? My 2000 had very little go wrong - seat belt sensor and fuel relay sensor - while I had it.
PM me if you have any other problems, will do my best to help.
WOW
what is it with RL (legends) and AC problems? Ive had my legend since 02 and since then have had no AC, ive been contemplating the 06 RL since i hear the 05 (first year model) may or does have little issues, the last thing i need is to get the RL n have no AC again! LOL.

Open the hood and take a look. Third world parts in a gorgeous sedan. :(
Acura has been cutting corners hard for the last five years.
