I have 20's and they are fine unless I hit real hard bump. I suggest getting fenders rolled, offset plays a big part in how wheels fit.

Same here and I don't have the bump rub as my boy big boi dose and as he said offset will play a big part in it as well as how wide they are

I have a really big question. I just bought a 93 legend, some goofball has it sitting on 245/35x20 on a 8.5" offset of +40, there is an obvious rubbing issue and I cant afford new rims or can find stocks rims in my area. Can I go to a 225/30x20? The tire shops say its to heavy.PLEASE HELP

A Question.

I currently have a set of 18"x8 TSW Mondello rims that are being tested on an Acura RL with Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 225/40Z/R18 tires.

Initial stress tests show the right side suspensions are gone, front more than rear, but both couldn't even handle a 90lb passenger (our more extreme test had a 200+lb passenger in front and 170lb passenger in back on same side). Driver side seemed fine, even under quick right-turn scenarios. All spirited left turns return with grind, grind, grind so we are replacing right struts.

Based on these wheel specs, are there any concerns we need to be worried about? Such as rubbing or fender rolling?

Thank you in advance.

Edit: I should note the Acura RL is the first generation KA9.

You should check 4WheelOnline. That's were I got my 18" wheels when I've decided to upgrade from 16 to 18. They have a good selection of chrome and alloy, but I can't say which brand would be best suited for you.
