1987 legend

I have an 87 legend with 177,00. miles on it. The trans shifts fine for the first 15 minutes. After that, it won`t go into 3rd and 4th. I had the trans rebuilt, and it still does it. The trans guy thought it was the cpu. I got a used one, and it still does it. Last sunday , i drove it for half an hour , and it shifted fine. Third gear pressure switch ? I know it must be something simple. When it shifts , it shifts fine. Any ideas?
