1993 Legend Part out? Or sell?

I have a 1993 Acura Legend 4D that I'm thinking of either parting out or selling. The car still runs well. Doesn't overheat. Body needs some work done to the rear passenger 1/4 panel. New tires. The car is pretty much stock with 171k on the engine. A/C compressor just went out and ABS light stays on. I tried to pull the code by using the jumper wire method and the light still stays lit, doesn't blink.
What would you do?

How much would it cost to repair, is repairing worth it to you?

I'm ready to move on. I've used the car as a family/commuter car. The kids are getting bigger so i need something a little bit bigger. So, I'm pondering the idea of selling or parting it out. The compressor runs about $400 and then there is the installation too. I think I'm looking at close to $700 to get it installed. If I sell it I'm going to see if I can get about $1,500 for the car.

I'd say you'd be lucky to get 1500.00, quarter panel damage cost more to repair. There not like fenders where you can swap with another.
Yeah, I know what you mean about the damage being costly. Funny thing about the damage is that it was the second time I had gotten hit in the same area. I took it the first time to a shop in Mexico and had it repaired and the whole car painted for $400. I'm thinking I should make some calls to see what it would take to get the compressor fixed over there too. I'm working on getting some pics to post or a paste a link with pics.
What would I do? I finally talked my dad into giving me his 94. It has 260k miles runs amazing. And has more features then most new cars now. So.. For 2,000$ I can fix the rust n repaint the car like new. Or I can go get a new loan for a car for 15,000$. Seems pretty simple to me

Here is a link to some photos of the car.

You will have to cut and paste the link. The forum wouldn't let me link it properly because I have less than 15 post.
Sold!

Well she is gone now. :( I had someone offer me $1200 for her. Now I'm looking at a 2004 RL w/ navigation.
