From the looks of it, it his is stock, you should be able to beat it. it will be damn close though so u can screw up. if you do race him let me know, i would like to know how it ends

Yea I ran into to one with my Galant vr4 and got killed... it was an older model mid 90's BUT......he had a motor swap and was runing a t28 ported and full mods and he had a front mount that would scare you it was BIG!!!!.. he runs a 13.0 flat with mad traction problems... But that was before my car is like it is now, I hope to run I mean KILL him at the track this summer or late spring when PIR opens.. I want to make sure I roll his punk A33...

I know this was off-topic but I want to clear up for hotstartup that they can be hella scary fast.....

Doesnt matter. A Legend will have a REAL hard time running with that, even if the Legend is on spray.

As far as the new Spec-V goes. They should go Mid 15's bone stock. If your in a Type I Legend you will have a hard time tryin to win.
