ok!guys,i just recieved a reply from TYC(altezza ligths mfr.)n its
good news!heres the actual email from them...
dear klein,
currently,we need to evaluate the amt. of interest on d
legend lamps,the reason why is that the 91-95 legend dont have
a lot of aftermarket support n not many people fix it up., see if you can put up a poll to see if theres enough interest in the board to have people buy them.if you can also link me to it that
would help also.when we get more info,we can make a decision
of what will be our next step.thanks.

this company will only manufacture them if there are like 500 interested buyers. you ask them how many people they are looking for before doing a poll.
not to be negative but this has come up before where everyone gets excited and when the poll is over and the manufacturer sees like 50 buyers, they pull out.

I don't mean to detract from the excitement, but aren't there two others on this forum looking for Clear/Red taillights? Personally, I think we should consolidate our efforts and make a decision on ONE manufacturer based on:

1. Availability for Coups AND Sedans
2. How long it will take until they are available
3. Price
4. Whether you get the whole lamp or just a lense

Just a thought...

TYC N ask them how many buyers are they goin to consider to
make this happen,as for now,i agree on that consolidation....but
