Please bear with me as I shop for tires:D
Here's my size 215/45/17

ok- I'm debating between:
Falken ziex ZE-502 ($398 for all four)
Nitto NT 450 ($400 for all four)
Kumho ecsta supra 712 ($390 for all four)
all prices include shipping

Which ones do u guys recommend?

Thanks again

I have been thinking about getting the Kumhos. I have heard good things about them and am kinda running low on cash. I have Michelin Pilot Sports on right now and love them, but really don't want to spend $175 a tire.

Had the Falkens, didn't like em much. Great when new, grew sh!tty in rain over time.
Got the Kumhos now. I like them a lot...

um, sure they do... when you mash on the pedal on the right real hard like...:D

I've had em about a month now and still like them. Seem like a great value and would buy them again if I was shopping for tires.
Got mine (205s tho) for $320 after shipping.... off the Ebay from a tire place in WA state... I'll look it up if you want to try to go thru them...

not sure on the other brands.

LOL. What I ment was with my friend, he says with his Kumhos, he doesn't get any audio feedback when they start slipping (say when taking a turn hard and fast and your car starts to understeer)

I think they all have their strong points...

I have had them all....
Nitto's have a wider contact patch with the road - great traction

Falken's have a higher visible sidewall than tires of the same class (i.e. Pirelli 40 series = Pirelli 40 series while a Falken 40 series = Falken 45 series) - pretty good traction

Kumho's are very grippy when warmed up and can also be hard to break free in cornering - I autocrossed on them and found them to be sensational on the track in this manner. They are inexpensive, and wear well...

Go with your gut..they all have strong points
