Yep, the brake lamp doesnt work and I want to know why!

This is the one in my coupe's trunk and we all know it consists of a series of Led's. The question is: Are the Leds actually burnt out? Or are they wires in series, making the rest fail if only one burns out? OR do I possibly have a loose connection? ORRRR is there maybe a fuse burnt out???

I havent had time to check this out myself, but has this happened to anyone else?

LED burned out ??? Never. LED haves a long live, except, you make a short circuit (+) and (-) => Bang. Then... YES. And also the 3rd brigh light (or trunk lids) are saved via 10A fuse (like the tail lights and more)

What would I do ?
- check out the fuse (the 1st of all)
- check out the complete wire (like Keith described!)
- check out the connection to your trunk lids

... making the rest fail, if only 1 LED burns out ? => Abolutely NO !

Hope this will help you !
