First off I'd like to say Im happy to be driving another Legend. I crashed my old 1991 into a tree going way too fast and sadly totaled it. Thank god for the awesome crash rating this car has otherwise I might not be around right now. 2 Days ago I purchased a 1993 LS 4 door with 150000 miles on it, too bad though its an automatic, my question is this: How expensive is it to convert the automatic transmission to a 5 or 6 spd, Im not looking to build a race car but I would like to get a manual transmission that would last a long time and possibly give me better performance. Who makes the best ones and would it be better to go with a 5spd or a 6spd? Thanks for all the input/advice in advance...
