The car looks pretty clean...inside and outside. But considering it's a 12-year old car, expect some problems to surface later on. Search the forum about common problems; you'll find plenty of threads that talk about this. The timing belt should've been changed to substantiate the seller's $7100 or $6250. Edmunds said a clean '93 Legend L with 82K runs about $6332 Retail and $4647 Private Party! Considering these values, I would try to negotiate to a lower price...perhaps $5000! And be sure to say that you'll be changing the timing belt soon so that'll cost an extra $500-900 out of your pocket! Best of luck in your purchase!
