Hi all,
I have this friend who has some great import performance part contacts. He worked for Autobahn when they first started. He has a good connection at hp racing. I am looking at these:

I am getting the 6-pot callipers and the x-drilled and vented disc. I am actually planning on doing this to all 4 wheels. I just wanted to get everyones opinion. I also might make a group buy out of this. I am planning some group buys thourgh the same guy later. I still have a few questions. Mainly I need to know if a brake kit for an NSX will fit the Legend. I plan on having the brackets made, so that is no problem. This would simplify the process greatly. Thanks in advance.

The server must be down for that pic b/c it isn't working....To post a pic that is already online and permitted to be posted on forums, use the IMG button when posting a thread or reply.

It's not going to work from your C:. It has to be hosted on a web server that allows for remote referencing of files.

One place that most people tend to overlook is their own ISP. Most ISPs provide a certain amount of web space with each account for free. Check with your ISP to see if you have web space available to you. There usually isn't any restriction placed that prohibits remote referencing.

you could possibly be forgetting to use the http:// or you may also be forgetting that it's cap sensitive. Sometimes the ends of the pictures have capitals, such as... *.JPG instead of *.jpg.

I have it hosted with Comcast, my ISP. It is also hosted at AOL, my other ISP. I even went to one of those free hosting sites and placed it there. Every time I open the image and compy the adress in the the clipboard. I then paste it between the img labels. I really don't know what I am doing wrong. I do have a cabel modem, so I am aomost always on. It did go down earlier today. I sign off about 1 hour each day, that is all. I think I will do this for now. I will do a little research and get this straight in a few days. Sorry for all the problems.

By the way I am getting my brakes in blue instead of red. That will match my Black/Sivler/Blue theme for NOPI. Please give me some input on these brakes. Here is the home page. Click on brakes and scroll down to the last set in red, Stage 2. That is them. If you click on them you will see the application guide. Go down the NSX, not under Acura, and there are the specs for the kit I am looking at. I really need another perspective on them. Plus I should get a pretty good price on them. I just need input! Yeah thats them. Thanks man!

I was going to get them in the blue color that is displayed right above that picture on the same page. If I do the group buy it will be open for which ever color you want. Anyone ever used this manufacturer? Or just any input would be great!

Are those 4 piston calipers and what size rotors? How hard would installation be, much different from regular rotor installation?

I'm about to order some new rotors, pads, and master cylinder so I'm gonna have to know pretty soon here about how much it will cost so that I can just go for it.

I was thinking a Type-R Integra big brake upgrade would work on our cars as long as we can get a custom caliper bracket made. I wish I had access to shops who could answer questions like this for me.

OK I am going to try and answer all the questions.
1) I am not sure about the price, but I know it will be well below retail ( Give me about a week)
2) These are 6 piston (6-pot) calipers
3) I will have a machine shop designe the caliper mounts for my car, so replication should be easy and cheap
4) The kit is going to probably be specially put together to fit all G2 Legends with at least 17 inch rims.
5) The kit will include 2 6 piston calipers, 2 slotted and cross drilled roters, front or rear caliper mounts, and pads ( I am not sure of which ones yet, probably the hp pads)

I am excited by all the response. But, please do not expect anything to arrive in less than a month. There is still some #'s to be curnched.

ok I still need some info. I need to know if rotors for an NSX or Integra will fit our legend. I also need to know how difficult it is to upgrade the master cylinder. I was told that a stronger spring could be used, but that I might need a whole new unit. Once I get these questions answered I will have a price and an expected delivery date. Thanks for all the help!

What about the Integra Type-R big brake kit?

I recall reading on the other Legend forum that the ITR uses the same breaks as the G2 Legend. If so, then the ITR big break kit should be an easy retro fit. Can anybody confirm the part numbers?

You are right, the Type-R and G2 Legend's use the same front brakes. I do not know about the rears on both cars. I remember reading that with a Type-R brake upgrade, we would need to get custom caliper mounting brackets?

Thats what I've heard...I dont know how the Type-R's brake assembly is mounted.
