Hello. I've seen someone that has went through this before. they swapped a new ECU and the car started again. So you'll likely will be needing a new ECU.
Hate to ask but...
Are you sure the timing belt is in one piece?
Take off the distributor cap, remove the center wire so you're not throwing sparks, crank the engine and see if the rotor turns. If not, the timing belt is done.[/QU
