whoa... 800... i've seen some sets go for 300 on ebay
While $800 for the Coupe JDM lights may not be the best deal around town, I've seen other group buys for brand new JDM Coupe headlights for $700, these are brand new. The $300 on ebay is a rare thing and almost never new, but used. Often they don't have the H4H bulbs either, or the yellow foglight insert is missing. Not to mention the rubber boots and wiring harness is often not included as well.

I'm in no way saying buy a set from this guy, as I don't even know him. I already have my 1 piece headlights and I also have my EDM headlights which I personally like better, but come on. A brand new USDM headlight will cost you over $400 each side. What price is everyone expecting for a brand new OEM JDM Honda headlight that needs to be imported?

It's just like when people complain about spending $150 for the Honda OEM clearn corners. I guess they forget that you can barely get the OEM corners for $70 each plus shipping and handling from the Acura OEM online parts stores. Not too mention it will cost you about $110 from the dealer each.

What I'm saying is while I personally feel this group buy price can go a little lower, as it has been done already for the exact same part, $800 for a brand new set is not unreasonable. It may not be the best deal, but it is not a rip off and I'm glad more people are at least attempting to bring JDM parts to the US for the Legend owners. I don't think owners should try to low ball the prices either, as then no one will want to take up the task to import them.

If anyone else can really get a brand new OEM JDM 1 piece headlight that includes the H4H bulb, the H3 bulb, the yellow fog light inserts, and the 4 rubber boots and wiring for the H3, than let us all know, as that person will fulfill a lot of orders.

I talked to my partner and the best we can do is $775.00 for the 4dr and $900.00 for the 2dr plus shipping of course. That's the best we can do. We're only asking for 5 people to buy for the GD because if we try for 10 people no one will see their headlights until we get 10 paid orders. Our distributer SPW Industries (www.spwusa.com) cut us a nice break so that we could sell you these headlights at a good price. You can visit their website and see how much they are selling them for. It'll make your eyes really open. I own a maxima and thought parts for my car were expensive. My partner Jay owns a Legend though and knew how expensive it is for your parts. We're not telling anyone to order their parts though us. We just try to give the best prices we can. We're racers and know what it's like to want something but being short on cash. I'm 21 and the other owner Jay is 20. We feel you but this is the best we can do.
