I only recently purchased the used 91 Acura Legend for 3K and the driver's seat had been modified, I guess to fix the problem that it now rocks back and forth like a rocking chair!! I found a crushed up, chewed up piece of board underneath the seat, which obviously was the support. Well, what I need is some advice, tips, ideas, instructions or suggestions on how I can fix it so that when I press the gas, I don't go flying backwards grabbing onto the gear and pulling it all the way to D1!! Looking at just replacing the whole seat.!!!!

1. Go to a junk yard and get a new seat and bracket.

2. Go to a junk yard and try to get a bracket and use original seat.

3. Buy a set of racing seats and install. Sparco, Recaro, Bride, etc. Recaro makes the most sophisticated looking seats if you don't want a race look.
