I have a problem with the front of end of my 1991 Legend L which has been going on for over a year now. There is violent shacking and a type of loud banging under the car, in the axle and transmition area. It feels like you are going a speed bump every 5 seconds. This problem started out not bad then one of the wheel bearings was replaced and the problem kind of fadded out. Now the problem is back and its even worse. It used to only happen only when i was going up hills now it happens almost constantly. This problem aslo only happends only when im accelarating. One theory somebody told me is that the inner axles, the part which connects to the transmition, are bad and need to be replaced. Another theory is that because the car sustained front-end damage, the transmition and engine mounts are broken which allows the transmition to bounce up against the chasis. This last one makes more sense to me. If there is anybody who has had this problem or knows what it could be, please let me know im in desperate need.

by violent shacking i mean literaly violent shaking
the car shakes like its being rocked back and forth and also it feels as if the transmition or engine moves up and down, this is because when i apply the brakes the engine seems like its still wants to move forward without the car, if you know what i mean
lol, idk how to explain it, its not really a clank or bang its more like all the sounds you can think of combined together
