Cruisin down I-95 this morning at a smooth 70, I suddenly realize traffic ahead is at a dead stop. I slam down everything I've got on the brake pedal just in time to rear-end somebody. Freakin wonderful. S hitty Acura brakes performed great. Anyway, their rear end was so high and my front end was so low that my front bumper basically took no damage, with most of the impact on the front of my hood. It's bent up pretty badly. I could probably bang it out and re-paint, but I'm wondering how much a new OEM hood would run me. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about the hood, but just glad to hear that you got out of it with no one being hurt and not having to go through the pain of police reports, insurance companines and what not. You got lucky.
