I got mine through my dealer no problem. Mine was closer to $500 for the conver, lower lip, and foglight inserts, but that is Hawaii prices.

Never buy from the dealer unless the price is close to on-line and shipping. Call Acura of Augusta (1-800-736-6818) for a price. Locate a body shop which would be willing to just refinish the cover. This is a very, very easy DIY requiring a minimum of tools.

In 1995, the OEM cover retailed for $285.67. Three hrs. to refinish. You need to add the spoiler (LS) $145.80 and the foglamp covers $18.95 ea. Also front license plate bracket $19.29.
