Could you post some more pictures of it during the daytime?

Do you think that this mod would work in the One-piece headlights? When you did your did you leave the chrome reflective thing, mount the projectors to that, and then put the cosmetics over all that.... cause I noticed that EK removed all the chrome reflective stuff on his when he did it in the one-piece.

Also, Matt, How do your high beams work without the glass piece there, because I'm thinking about doing this, but I probably won't be able to get the glass piece cut, so if I take out the glass and pretty much lose my high beam then I might as well just use the one piece and have no high beam.

This is good. I am getting some constructive criticism.

I know! The silver part is ugly. it's one of the thing I hate about my light. I tried to chrome it, but it was beyond my ability to do it as perfect as the plastic chrome piece around the lights. Trust me. I tried, and it's not easy to achive that mirror look. Cutting glass or mirror is pretty hard, especially when you are cutting a circle out of it.

I was thinking about paint them all black, but the whole headlight assembly gets washed away and I didn't like it. (It is my personal opinion.) I could have left it blank without any cosmetic trim, like someone suggested, but you should have seen what's goin on behind that silver wall. It's kinda crappy back there.

Also I don't like that I have this huge blank space on one side of the projector. I wanted to put a little fog light there but the space behind it was too tight.

It was a tough job, and I like the way it turned out. I am not saying my mod is the best looking mod out there. I am sure someone out there can do a much better job then any of us who did this modification. Thanks for your accompliments, criticism, and comments.

Hey I know what you mean. The reflector can get scraped up when dremeling the OEM bulb hole...

I admit that I was a little uneasy when I first had my projectors in. They look different since they were never like that before. But now I am used to them and when I see straight OEM headlights they look kind of plain since they don't have projectors mounted into them.

to answer your questoin about the highbeams, they will still be functional. What will happen is that when your highbeams are on, it will just be two huge beams of light rite in front of your, just like a spot light. I like it this way better than with the glass. cant answer your questions about the 1pc though, cuz i dont have them. I think EK is the only one with 1pc and projectors.

Hey, don't forget about me, I am the first one to have 1-piece with HID projectors. I just have no hi-beams, the yellow fogs take that space, I might this Spring add A4s to the headlight so I can Have hi-beams. Wow, A6 and A4s side by side.
